I Made Andi Arsana is a lecturer in Geodesy and Geomatics, Universitas Gadjah Mada in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. He obtained his PhD from the Australian Natonal Centre for Ocean Resources and Security (ANCORS), University of Wollongong. An engineer by training, he has a deep interest on border issue. Recently, he is being promoted to lead Office of International Affairs, Universitas Gadjah Mada.
