Nurul Kasyfita – commonly called as “Mbak Nurul” - is currently a PhD candidate from the Faculty of Education and Social Work at the University of Auckland sponsored by Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP). Her research area is on green chemistry and chemical literacy in Indonesia. She is a lecturer of chemistry education in Mulawarman University, Samarinda, Indonesia. She completed a Master of Education (2009) in Indonesia and a Master of Science in India (2014), where she developed her initial interest in green chemistry. She supports the idea of synthesizing THE HUMAN ELEMENT in chemistry. Her ambitious dream is to develop chemically literate society to support green environment.
