Cynthia Hapsari

Cynthia Annisa Ayu Hapsari is a Master of Teaching (Early Childhood) graduate from the University of Melbourne. She is currently working as a Room Leader (0-2 years old) in an Early Learning Centre in Elsternwick, Melbourne, Victoria. In parallel to her current work, she is actively involved in Baraka Nusantara, a social enterprise that is based in Jakarta and Sembalun, a village in the foot of Mt Rinjani – East Lombok. Baraka Nusantara focuses its project in developing Sembalun’s Arabica coffee farmer community and improving Sembalun’s quality of life through education.
