Overview:
Yayasan Indonesia Mengglobal (IM) is a non-profit foundation aiming to inform and inspire Indonesians to pursue education and professional opportunities on a global scale. Founded as a website (www.indonesiamengglobal.com) on March 9, 2012, and instituted as a non-profit foundation on May 2, 2017, Indonesia Mengglobal has published over 1800 online articles written by our community members, amassed over 47000 social media followers, published a book, and supported hundreds of Indonesians annually in pursuing their dreams of higher education abroad through our events and mentorship programs.
IM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee our partnership project with USAID. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the partnership, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of initiatives aimed at promoting educational opportunities in the United States for Indonesians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Management:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of activities under the USAID partnership agreement.
- Foster strong relationships with USAID representatives, collaborating organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to partnership objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Project Coordination and Execution:
- Coordinate and oversee project activities with the IM Management Team and other involved stakeholders to ensure effective execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Develop terms of reference for events and other activities involving external stakeholders.
- Resource Management and Evaluation:
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and resources efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with financial guidelines and reporting requirements.
- Collect, analyze, and report on project data and outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the education or non-profit sector.
- Demonstrated experience managing partnerships or grants, particularly with international donors or agencies.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal) is essential.
